Brent Claymon

I’m a Global Real Estate Advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Southwest Florida, where I’m proud to be part of The Westerlund Team—led by Jay Westerlund. Our group is known for providing attentive, results-driven service to clients throughout Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, and the surrounding areas.

With over 30 years of business experience, I focus on helping clients connect with trusted real estate professionals within the Sotheby’s International Realty network. Because I work in both Indiana and Florida, I’m able to assist clients with their real estate needs—whether it’s a primary home, second residence, relocation, or investment opportunity—always with care, professionalism, and a strong team supporting each step of the process.

In addition to my work in Florida, I’m a Co-Founder and Principal of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty in Indiana, where I continue to support its growth and presence across the Midwest.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and my MBA from Butler University.

I’m a proud member of Crooked Stick Golf Club in Indiana and a resident and member of Shadow Wood Country Club in Bonita Springs. I enjoy spending time on the golf course and tennis courts, as well as embracing the active lifestyle that Southwest Florida has to offer.
