I am Anna Borden, a real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty here in Bonita Springs, and I truly love what I do. I bring a mix of creativity, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every transaction—because I believe the experience matters just as much as the result.

I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in entrepreneurship and a minor in real estate, which gave me a strong foundation—but most of what I’ve learned has come from being hands-on in the business every day. I’m proud to be part of the Westerlund Team, where I’ve helped support over $300M in sales since 2020. I tend to be the one making sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly (and catching all the little details along the way).

Real estate has always been part of my life—I grew up around it—so it feels natural to now be building my own path in the industry. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with Domain Realty, which helped shape my approach to marketing, operations, and client experience.

I’m big on wearing a lot of hats and doing each one well, whether that’s working with clients, marketing a property, or making sure a transaction comes together smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, I’m a cat mom and love anything that involves being creative, social, or near the water!
