I’m Maddie Marck-Sherk, and I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Jay Westerlund since 2021, serving as the Marketing Director, Operations Manager, and as a Global Real Estate Advisor, It’s been an honor to contribute to our team’s growth, helping us achieve recognition among the Top 1.5% of Real Estate Advisors in the United States and surpass $300 million in sales since I joined.
My background is rooted in dedication and hard work. I earned a golf scholarship to Florida Gulf Coast University, where I was proud to serve as captain of the women’s golf team and later as an assistant coach. During this time, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree and went on to earn an MBA, balancing academics and athletics with the same energy I now bring to my real estate career.
Originally from Ontario, Canada, I’ve called Southwest Florida home for nine years. My husband, Cody, and I currently live in Spring Run at the Brooks in Estero, and I feel so fortunate to be part of this vibrant community.
What drives me most in real estate is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. I’m passionate about guiding buyers and sellers with care and transparency, building trust through genuine relationships. I also love the creative side of marketing luxury properties, ensuring every detail is handled to showcase each home to its fullest potential. For me, it’s all about helping people achieve their goals and making the process as seamless as possible.
